Kilovant is a Chinese manufacturer and supplier of solar, storage and inverter hardware. Registered in 2019 and based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, we build our own range and ship it worldwide to distributors, EPCs and installers.
The energy storage market moved fast, and a lot of supply moved with it — some of it good, some of it Grade B cells in a Grade A box. Buyers have learned to be suspicious, and they are right to be. Our answer to that is not louder marketing. It is a product range we can document at every step, and a habit of telling people what a product cannot do alongside what it can.
Because the range is ours, nothing gets lost between a trading company and a factory. The specification you are quoted is the specification that gets built, the batch numbers are recorded, and the person who answers your warranty email is the same person who took the order. If a smaller model would serve the application at two thirds of the cost, we will say that too — we would rather lose margin on one order than lose a customer over a system that underperforms in year four.

How we work
Documented, not asserted
Any claim we make about a cell, a module or a certification is one we can put in writing and back with a document. If we cannot source the paperwork, we do not make the claim.
Honest about trade-offs
Every product has a watch point. We name it before you order rather than after the first failure report comes back from your customer.
Responsive on a human timescale
A named contact, replies inside one business day, and someone who still answers the phone once the invoice is paid.
Long orders over big ones
We would rather be your supplier for ten years than win one oversized order and lose the relationship.
